New Zealand Delivery

• We deliver all across New Zealand.

• Flat-rate shipping: 8.95 NZD nationwide – rural addresses included. No extra charges for rural delivery!
  

• Free shipping for the orders above 179 NZD.

 

• Delivery time:

  • Urban deliveries usually arrive within 2–4 business days.

  • Rural deliveries may take a little longer depending on NZ Post schedules.

• Courier:

  • All orders are shipped via NZ Post.

  • A signature may be required on delivery, so please provide an address where someone can receive your parcel.

Pickups, Fittings & Last-Minute Magic

We are an online-only business and do not have a physical retail store.

However, pickups and fittings can be arranged in Albany, North Shore by appointment, so you can see the dresses in person and make sure they fit perfectly.

If you have a last-minute party or an unexpected celebration, don’t worry, we might be able to help even in the evenings or on holidays! No extra charge for last-minute magic. ✨

Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

• You can track your parcel using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
