Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If an item arrives faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, please send us photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.

• We must be notified as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after delivery.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

• We reserve the right to inspect returned items to ensure they meet these requirements.

Sizing Guidance
Each dress comes with a detailed sizing chart. Please refer to this chart carefully before making your purchase. We are also happy to provide sizing advice if needed.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that do not fit. To process an exchange:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all labels and tags attached.

Exchange Shipping
For all exchanges, please contact us and we will provide guidance on the most efficient way to receive your replacement item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange promptly.
